These privacy terms describes how jovexmarkets ("we") amasses, uses and protects personal data when you use and platform. We act as data controller for that information.
Data we collect. Identity and contact data and similar identity data plus KYC documents mandated by law. We also keep: execution and account history, device logs and helpdesk threads. EU/UK legal grounds: performing the contract, complying with law, and legitimate interest.
Use of data. Running your account, settling positions, meeting compliance, countering fraud, and platform security, plus optional product messages carrying an instant opt-out.
Sharing. Data goes only to running vendors (custodial, payment, identity), authorities on valid demand, and de-identified analytics. Personal data is never sold.
Retention and security. We retain data through account activity plus statutory periods (often five to seven years for trades). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access controls.
Your rights. Access, fixes, export, deletion and objection rights may be used by emailing [email protected]. We answer within statutory timelines.
