2. The Services. jovexmarkets provides an electronic trading platform for the markets shown on this website. No part of this is investment recommendation; each decision stays with you. Market data displayed is informational only and can lag or delay at moments.
3. Risks. Trading involves substantial loss risk and suits only those who can bear it. Leverage can push drawdowns past the collateral posted. Only trade capital whose loss you you would survive.
4. Fees. Commissions, spreads and funding rates appear in the fee schedule and form part of these Terms. Fees may change after reasonable notice.
5. Conduct rules. Market manipulation, vulnerability abuse, IP infringement and illegal use are prohibited. Money laundering and evasion are covered under this clause too.
6. Liability. To the maximum extent of law, jovexmarkets excludes indirect, incidental or consequential losses tied to your use of Services.
7. Amendments. This agreement may change periodically. Post-change use after changes means agreement. Controlling law comes from the registering jurisdiction of the operating entity.
